1. Who We Are

AvnetTours ("we", "us") is operated by Yehuda Avnet, a licensed tour guide based in Israel. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our website and membership service, and how we handle it.

2. Information We Collect

When you sign up or submit a prayer request, we may collect:

3. Sessions

Signing in keeps you authenticated through our authentication provider's own session mechanism, refreshed automatically while you're active and cleared when you sign out. If you enable two-factor authentication (optional, in your dashboard's Account Security section), that only adds a second sign-in check — it does not change what data we store about you.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to deliver the prayer service you requested, to give you access to live tours and the video archive, to send you service updates, and to process your membership payments.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as Stripe for payments, Supabase for accounts and data storage, Netlify for hosting and forms, Zoom for live tours, and Vimeo for the video archive — and only to the extent needed to run the service.

6. The Names You Submit

The names you provide are used solely for reading prayers at the requested holy sites. They are treated with care and respect and are not used for any other purpose.

7. Your Rights

You can edit or delete your prayer entries yourself at any time from your dashboard. You can also permanently delete your entire account — including your profile and every prayer request tied to it — yourself, at any time, from the Account Security section of your dashboard; this takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold by contacting us — we will action deletion requests across our service providers.
